We’re bringing more control, clarity, and customization to session invites with our new Invite-Only Attendee Journey designed to give your VIPs, speakers, and special guests a smoother and more engaging experience.

What’s new

Attendees who receive invite-only session access will now experience a personalized interaction flow:

  • Invited sessions continue to appear in playlists as normal, following all standard visibility rules

  • Interactive options to Accept or Decline invitations are available via:
    – Hover state on session tiles
    – Session info modal
    – Full session detail page

  • Status management updates automatically in the console:
    – Default: Invited
    – Accepted: Booked: Yes (moves attendee to the standard list)
    – Declined: Declined (remains in the Invite list)

This update isn’t just about adding buttons—it’s about creating a controlled, trackable RSVP experience that benefits both organizers and attendees:

  • Tailored, exclusive journeys for invited participants

  • Clear visibility of who has accepted or declined

  • Enhanced planning and capacity forecasting

  • Seamless integration with playlists and current session visibility logic
