We are thrilled to announce a new feature that brings greater flexibility and control to your event registration process: the ability to add capacity limits to custom attributes. This enhancement is particularly useful for organizers who want to offer bookable activity selections on their registration pages.
Organizers can now set capacity limits on custom attributes linked to sessions. When users select an activity, the system will track session capacity in real-time. Once the maximum capacity is reached, the selection buttons will automatically update to indicate that the session is full. If capacity is still available, this will be clearly displayed on the selection page, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
These custom attributes can also be integrated into one question flow. If a user selects a specific option on the first attribute, relevant follow-up attributes will appear. This dynamic flow helps tailor the registration experience based on user preferences and choices.
Once a user successfully registers and selects an activity, the session is automatically added to their “My Agenda” page. The system recognizes their booking upon registration, ensuring their personal schedule is always up to date.
This new feature streamlines the registration process, providing clear visibility on session availability and ensuring attendees can easily book and manage their activities. Organizers gain better control over session capacities, improving overall event management.
