Careers Partner Program Manager

Canapii is recruiting for a Partner Program Manager to help support a fast-growing, leading and highly respected hybrid event solution provider. We are looking for someone who is passionate, ambitious, motivated, and confident. This role comes with a unique opportunity to shape a new department and has global responsibility.

Role and responsibilities:

  • To create a Partner program from scratch, including marketing, incentives, digital tools, enablement

  • To launch a new program fast, then enhance and develop it further with partner feedback

  • Studying partner programs from other successful SaaS companies to discover best practice

  • Work with our digital engineers to create innovative tools and content for partners

  • A key role, which will involve interacting with the co-founders and marketing department energetically

  • To enable the onboarding of at least 100 partners within the first 12 months

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, the Arts or a related field

  • Two to three years experience either within partnering, sales or marketing

  • Ability to create crisp copy and write clear marketing documents

  • Willingness to work independently and quickly

  • Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in persuasive writing

  • You’re highly motivated, a team player, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and happy to work with a hybrid setup (both remote and in-office)

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success

  • You have a can-do attitude, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills working within a face-paced environment

  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

You will currently be working within a hybrid model for this position. We are looking for someone based in London/Reading/Oxford, UK, and that can switch between working remotely (80% of the time) and in-office (20% of the time).
