After the session, admins can download the transcript as a .VTT file and edit it, following simple WebVTT formatting rules. That gives you an accurate record to reuse for summaries, highlights, or accessibility.
Attendees do not need a separate app or browser. Inside the session they open the language selector in the transcript panel and choose from the languages the organiser has enabled for that session. The captions translate for each person individually, so one session can be read in several languages at once.

Yes. For video-on-demand or simulive sessions, upload the MP4 in the assets tab and transcribe it in a supported source language. From that transcript you can generate translated closed captions in any of the 72 output languages.
You can also upload several caption files for one session, each labelled by language. Attendees see the language options below the video and tap to switch between them. If you run several sessions with the same translation needs, admins can generate captions across them in one go.
One point worth flagging for planning: closed captions are not available on free or trial plans.
