Canapii is recruiting for a Hubspot Specialist Engineer with experience in integrating and architecting HubSpot features to join our fast-growing, leading and highly respected Virtual and hybrid event solution platform. We are looking for someone who has confidence, tenacity and can be a key member of the people leadership team.

Role and responsibilities:

You will be working in a fast-paced ‘start up’ environment alongside an established global team of solutions architects and event specialists. The role requires you to be ‘hands on’ and you will be working with many different departments within Canapii to manage a smooth implementation of HubSpot.

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

  • Work with Product & Design team members to bring features from concept to launch.

  • Have a special focus on HubSpot development, integration, and pushing the envelope on what’s possible and probable 

  • Are fluent with and can integrate, engineer, and architect in and around the Hubspot ecosystem.

  • Experience wiring HubSpot into third party as well as in-house solutions.

  • Demonstrate pragmatic decision making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Be ready to support requests from team members on HubSpot questions

  • Provide timely and accurate HubSpot reporting to the Sales and Marketing Teams.

  • Maintain an internal client database in HubSpot for all active/inactive clients.

  • Build workflows for Automation.

  • Develop HubSpot dashboards.

  • Maintain win/loss reporting including categorization in HubSpot

  • Maintain ongoing communications with HubSpot support for system updates and support, including but not limited to beta testing, best practices, and remain current on latest innovations/product releases.

  • Work with account teams to ensure data integrity within the HubSpot environment including: accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and a variety of custom objects.

  • Oversee user access and permissions within HubSpot.

Skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years’ + hands on experience with Hubspot (at least Marketing & Sales Hubs), equipped with a degree or Inbound certification or HubSpot certification a plus.

  • Understands the marketing, sales, and service strategies that HubSpot enables.

  • You have experience with basic troubleshooting and auditing performance within HubSpot

  • Knowledge of working in a modern stack that includes Node, Angular and React – all cloud-hosted. Expertise in these areas is a big plus, but being comfortable working in/with other common languages and tools would be a great substitute.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 

  • Can work at a fast-paced environment. Experience in a tech startup, scale-up experience is a plus.

  • Highly motivated with excellent organisation skills and have a “can do” attitude. 

You will currently be working remotely for this position. We are looking for people based in Philippines.
